Best friends split at 7 years old & find each other as adults!

What a sweet romantic little read! Alesha Reed comes home to Hope Falls to run her fathers bookstore while underwent cancer treatments. She had moved away with her mother when she was seven after her parents divorce. This was her first time back. One day she was sitting in a park when she was surprised by a jogger. Reece Brooks was a contractor from Tahoe. He grew up in Hope Falls & had come back to oversee renovations in his family's ice cream store, Two Scoops. Reece was examining the second story of the shop when he hears a scream & breaks down the door between it & the book store surprising Alesha.
This was a wonderful story. For a short novella, you don't feel like anything was left out. You gain a good sense of the story & the characters.

Dreaming never felt so good!

What a great feel good read. Reece and Alesha are quintessentially the best couple. From young friends... To adult loves. This book is full of fun, sweet and quirky feel good moments.
I love this book. Pure and simple. The couple have such a realistic relationship that you're thrown into the characters and feel as they do. Very identifiable characters. But more importantly, you can feel the love they have for each other. And you find yourself taking deep breaths because that love they have... Will encompass you. I'll admit, once I finished this book, I felt like my heart was just a tad lighter and what should stress me out... Just didn't matter. From the first looks... To cute puppies.... Fall in love with dreams just as I did.

Loved every bit of it!!! Definitely worth a read

Alesha has come home to Hope Falls to take over her fathers bookstore as he undergoes treatment for cancer. Reese is in Hope Falls to do some renovations on his parents ice-cream shop. These two characters knew each other when going to kindergarten and become best friends until Alesha moved away. Now years later and all grown up they have an instant connection, from there a lovely story unfolds about their journey. It is a sweet romance and has plenty of chemistry between these characters. Loved every bit of it and definitely recommending to others.
